A list of downtown neighbourhoods in Toronto was derived manually by visual comparing neighbourhood boundaries from the City of Toronto's Neigbourhood Finder with names of streets that represent north, east, south and west boundaries of Downtown Toronto as defined by Google Maps, in a file named downtown_neighbourhoods__YYmmdd_HHMMSS.parquet.gzip. This dataset consists of the following columns

1. Neighbourhood
   1. name of neighbourhood, as listed by the City of Toronto under the Neighbourhoods List drop-down menu
2. Location
   1. downtown-related neighbourhood, which is one of
      1. Downtown
      2. West of Downtown
      3. East of Downtown
3. is_downtown
   1. boolean indicating that neighbourhood is located in
      1. Downtown Toronto (True)
      2. non-downtown neighbourhoods (False)
